Strength and Power classes are designed to achieve maximum strength and power development for the client. Strength and Power will focus solely on resistance and plyometric work, to include comprehensive core training. All weightlifting will be focused on functional human movement patterns, NOT BODY PARTS. This is not a bodybuilding class, nor will you encounter any Olympic lifting in this class. With a focus on strength and power development, maximal rest periods will be necessary, thus this is not a conditioning class either. Strength and power development is the #1 goal of this class.
